WHAT IS AN INTAKE APPOINTMENT AND WHY DO I NEED IT?

The intake appointment is a consultation between the therapist and client to determine if they are a good fit. The therapist will ask questions about the client's background and what they would like to accomplish in therapy. If you book an intake appointment and find that BRIGHT Counseling Services is not the right fit, we will refund you half the value of the intake session.

WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER THERAPY?

At this time BRIGHT Counseling Services, LLC is accepting some health insurances and offering self-pay. We currently accept United Health Care, Aetna, Anthem and Cigna insurance. 

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Once you schedule your appointment you can cancel it up to 24 for hours before your appointment starts. If you miss your appointment without rescheduling you will be charged half the price of the session.

DO YOU PROVIDE TELEHEALTH SERVICES?

We are providing telehealth services. When you schedule your appointment you can request a telehealth service by checking the box "I would like telehealth services."
