Intake Appointment
For First Time Clients
Service Description
An intake appointment is necessary for clients who have not booked services with BRIGHT Counseling Services in the past. This appointment lets the clinician and the client get to know each other and discuss goals that the client has for treatment. If you find that BRIGHT Counseling Services isn't the right fit during the intake process, you will be refunded half the price of the intake session.

Cancellation Policy
Please contact the therapist to reschedule no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to reschedule or cancel before your appointment time will result in a charge equal to half the price of the the session.
